Conceived and built the Swedish Healthcare Delegation to World Health Expo Dubai 2026 entirely from scratch. Created the brand identity, recruited Swedish MedTech companies, secured backing from Swecare Foundation and Sweden's Ambassador H.E. Fredrik Florén, and executed a full showcase at the world's largest health gathering — 270,000+ attendees, 180+ countries.
As Marketing Manager for Sweden and Norway, took Abbott Diabetes Care from third position to market leadership in both countries. Full P&L ownership, direct people management, multiple major product launches and complete commercial accountability in a highly competitive Nordic market.
As CEO, led the commercialisation of the Air Smart Spirometer — the world's first smartphone-connected spirometer. CE-marked Class IIa medical device. Built the go-to-market strategy, distribution partnerships and commercial infrastructure that took the product to 20+ countries at €69 retail price.
Via Stockholm Healthcare Innovation AB, have led commercial strategy, partnership development and marketing programmes for Novartis, Roche, Abbott, Celgene, Galderma and BeiGene.
