Designed and launched Diabetessupporten — a national nurse-led digital support programme for Ozempic® and Rybelsus® patients in Sweden, with documented improvements in initiation, adherence and self-management. Led the global commercial rollout of Dose Check across 10+ country affiliates, building the GTM framework, KPI infrastructure and partner toolkit from scratch.

WHX Dubai — Built From Zero

Conceived and built the Swedish Healthcare Delegation to World Health Expo Dubai 2026 entirely from scratch. Created the brand identity, recruited Swedish MedTech companies, secured backing from Swecare Foundation and Sweden's Ambassador H.E.
